7.9¢/minute - No monthly fee and no set-up charge

The AccuConference Toll Free plan is a pay as you go plan. The rate is just 7.9¢ per minute, per person, and you'll only pay for the actual minutes you use. Billing is done monthly to your corporate or personal credit card and you'll receive an email reminding you to download a PDF file of your bill each time you're billed. Since your participants will be calling a toll free number, they will not incure any charges.

Per minute/per person billing means you'll be charged for each minute that each of your conference participants is on the call. For example if you have 10 people and your call lasts for 60 minutes, you'll be charged at 10 people x 60 minutes x $0.079 = $47.40.

Calls from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico are billed at the same low 7.9¢ rate as participants from the continental US.

Open an Account

To use our service, open an account on-line or call us at 800.730.0626. Once your account information is entered, you will receive your activation email within approximately 10 minutes. The email will include both your moderator and participant PIN codes, the toll free number to dial to start a conference, your account number, the phone number for technical support, and the URL to log into your online account maintenance page. If you don't receive your email, check your spam or junk email box first; then call customer service if you still haven't received it.
