Permission Based Users - Create users that will have unique access to your account online.
Specific users can be given select access to your online account. Allow users to see only their unique conference; give the accounting department access only to the billing statement. This feature is powerful for allowing access without compromising your account security.

Multiple Access Codes - Create customized Moderator, Speaker and Participant codes for your conference.
Having an account with AccuConference provides you with the ability to have as many single conferences as you need on your account. This provides the flexibility for numerous people to hold conference simultaneously. And, as always, this service is provided free-of-charge for all of our toll-free accounts.

Call Security/PIN options - Create custom pin codes to increase security and track caller ID's.

AccuConference also offers billing protection. Sometimes people will call into a conference at the wrong time or because they used the wrong code. If they are the only one on the line, we will automatically drop them in 5-10 minutes so that you are not charged for the call. Also, if you're not 100% satisfied with your conference call then you won't pay.

Event Planning - We'll schedule your conference, create custom registration pages, and send email reminders.

Registration pages are available for you to create with information including the speaker's photo, company logo and the capability to issue each participant an unique PIN.

Hold Music / Greeting - Create a pre-recorded greeting or upload your own hold music.
You can upload your own hold music for participants to listen as they wait for your conference to begin. You can also upload a recorded advertisement or announcement. Once your conference has started, you can play special sound-bites or custom greetings into your call.

Your account is equipped to record any or all of your conference calls. With the simple click of the mouse or a key stroke on your telephone keypad, you have the recording abilities at your finger-tips. Recording Playback - Enable participants to call and listen to a pre-recorded conference.
Did someone miss an important conference call? Do you have an announcement you need to post for clients to listen to? Use our conferencing system to record and play back. You call into the conference bridge and record your call or announcement, and then your participants will use a specified PIN to dial in and listen to the recording. (*Note - Flat-rate accounts will be charged a per-minute fee for playbacks.)

Transcription – Send recordings to be transcribed (Medical and Legal transcription available).
We will gladly transcribe your conference recording. Our rate is $3.50 per minute. This option is available through your on-line account management page. If you would like to transcribe your own calls, it's easy (and free) to download the recording file.

Online Billing – Access all of your billing information and make payments online.
With online account management, you have full access to view your invoices anytime. All call details are posted immediately as the call ends, enabling you to view cost information quickly and track your conference expense as they happen. All previous statements are posted on-line for the life of your account.

Account Codes – For companies with unique billing needs and for high-security calls.
AccuConference provides the ability to have your conference calls separated by accounting codes. Each moderator must enter a valid accounting code before entering the conference. This helps manage costs and itemized expenses for your accounting department.

Download Call Data – Receive a complete summary of your conference activity after each call.
All prior call records are available on your account. View details of participants ID, name recording and PIN used for each conference. Track length of calls, listen to name records and view cost of each call – all online, all the time.

Pre-Conference/Green Room - Review last-minute details in a private "green room" before starting your conference.
Enjoy your freedom of speech with Pre-conference. Each conference can be selected to have a pre-conference. This allows all speakers and moderator to collaborate together in a separate conference room before the conference begins. A simple key stroke from the moderator will end pre-conference and the live call begins. At that time, the speaker & moderator lines remain open to speak into the conference, but the participants are in a listen-only mode.

Our system allows you to mute all participants for presentation (lecture) mode, and then selectively un-mute a particular line when there is a question. Participants "raise their hand" by simply pressing *1 on there telephone keypads, and the moderator then selects to un-mute their line. This feature gives you total control and professionalism of an expert.

insight™ - the latest in web conferencing technology. Coupled with your audio conference, insight™ allows you to share a simple PowerPoint presentation to your participants with little effort. Out-dial - Invite participants to join your conference by calling out to them.
Moderators can dial out from within your conference at any time by pressing *1 on your telephone keypad to bring in new participants. Out-dialing is especially helpful if you need to bring in a professional like a judge or an attorney for only a small portion of the conference call. It is also the most economical way to bring in international participants. You can out-dial to participants in 30 other countries for the same low rate that you pay for your US participants.
Web Out-dial - Invite callers from all over the world to join your call live.
When you're on a conference call and you're viewing the live call screen you have access to the out-dial box. Simply enter the phone number of the person you'd like to call and click GO. Your participant will automatically be called and when they answer they'll hear a menu that lets them join, reject, or receive a call-back in five minutes.

Group Out-dial - if you have a group of people you want to out-dial to on a regular basis, you can add them to your contacts file and create a group. The next time you're on a conference call and want to out-dial to this group, you just use the pull-down menu from the live call screen and select the group you wish to include. The AccuConference system will automatically and simultaneously out-dial to each of your participants. This works for both domestic and international phone numbers.
