In order to make an International call:

1. Dial into your conference as a Moderator
2. Press *1 to enter Out-dial mode
3. Dial 011 - country code - and the number you are calling followed by '#'
4. Press *2 once you have the participant on the line to bring you and the participant back into the conference
5. Press *3 if you connect to voicemail or are unable to speak with the participant (this will bring only you back into the conference)

In order to activate your account for International Out-dial, first open an account and then download the International Out-dial Agreement form, complete it and fax back to the toll free fax number at the bottom of the page.
